Well made and definitely beneficial!
Best investment! I’m 63 so I’m using it to work on my balance. I’m surprised how bad my balance is but I’m confident it will improve. Plus my grandkids play with it. Dual use!

    Good for developing core strength

    I have known I have a weak core for a long time. Since having knee surgery I realized a stronger core would improve my stability and help my recovery.

    This wobble boards doing that. I like that it wobbles in all directions and that it doesn't sit too high off the ground. I also appreciate that it isn't a rubber ball type that needs to be kept inflated. The bottom is smooth, and if you use it on carpet it can rotate but I have not had it slide or rotate accidentally.

    Honestly, I am impressed. It works well and is solidly made. It looks like it will stand up to time.

    If you're able to stand at your desk, this is a great way to burn extra calories and strengthen your legs and balance. It isn't fancy, but it is quite sturdy and well built. I bought two, one for the office and one for home.

    How to make back to back video conferences fun

    I am on a lot of meetings. So that means back to back hours of just sitting or standing staring at people. Now I play a game. It’s called keep a straight face. Why? Because when you first get this board, keeping your balance and trying to keep the board totally still is a challenge. And sometimes you wobble erratically which may cause your face to have a momentary look of horror as you imagine yourself falling and pulling your standup desk with you. I am much better at it now after a couple weeks and I actually feel better at the end of the day , my balance has definitely improved.

    Works great but very tricky to use – kids, don't try this at home, ditto the elderly, the slow moving and the tipsy. Tossed me on my back in a flash – replaced it with a regular, rocking balance board – much more stable and safer
