This yoga mat seems like great quality! It is comfortable and durable, yet lightweight unlike other bulkier mats. It's a bit on the thin side and takes a while to lay flat after unrolling, but this isn't a big issue. It has a non-slip rubber bottom that keeps the mat in place. Rolling it back up is super easy, making it nice and compact for storage. The mat initially has a slight "rubbery" smell, but it quickly dissipates. It is also a great size, long enough to accommodate my entire body so I can completely stretch out on it. The mat's 7mm thickness strikes a perfect balance: thin enough to maintain my balance yet thick enough to be comfortable on my knees. The cork top is soft to the touch and provides just the right amount of cushioning. I haven't noticed any slipping during my poses. However, I did not receive the carrying strap for transport, so I hope the seller can send me one.

I absolutely love this yoga mat. In fact, everyone in my house loves it unexpectedly. When I started doing floor exercises, I needed a yoga mat. I’ve always used generic mats in the past, but recently learned about all of the toxic chemicals used in their production, and decided to invest in a better quality mat. I was initially concerned because I’m used to a thicker mat, but this mat is thick enough for me. There is no weird smell with it, it doesn’t move around, it’s not slick, and it is actually comfortable. Gone it a try if you want a high quality, non-toxic mat!

Simple design with a robust construction and durable so far, the cork offers both a soft and grippy feel but still enables you to move. A dynamic matt aht offers plush padding. It does have a rubbery scent but not overwhelming.

The cork is grippier than regular yoga mats so I feel way more secure during downward dog. I have 3 cats and switched to cork hoping it would attract less cat hair, and it works! The downside is the cats love scratching the cork mat so I have to put it away quickly after my workouts. Can’t use my own alcohol + essential oil cleaning spray on it to preserve the cork, but it’s easy to clean with a quick damp cloth wipe.

The first time I took the yoga mat to class, it ripped just like a sheet of paper. I was shocked. I've owned a different brand of mat for years and bought this one to travel with. This mat was very light in comparison and did have a slippy surface like the other reviews mentioned. I thought that might wear off with use, sadly, I didn't get that far. The strap was very simple yet affective but nothing special. I'd recommend the brand of my other mat but it has been unavailable for months. Not worth the price or even the time.

The mat itself is ok but it is kinda stuck in a roll so you have to just leave it flat. I’m gonna have to just buy a different one and leave e this one flat for outdoor use. But in all honesty I would not buy this again or recommend it

I use an Airex mat at home that is 1.5cm thick to protect my knees. But it's too heavy and big when rolled up, to travel with. I bought this Strongtek mat hoping for the best of both worlds, thickness/comfort and portability. It is made with a dense foam at 8mm thick, so it gives good protection for my knees and elbows. The top surface is grippy but not sticky. It has a nice soft feel to it. The bottom has more grip and works well on bare floors. For it's density, it is lightweight and a good width so it fits easily into my check-in bag. The strap is just a bit of webbing with elastic. It was taped to the outside of the package almost like an after thought (some reviewers said they never received one). I'll probably make my own out of something a bit more substantial. Very happy with the quality and the price, and would recommend.
