Can it be worn overnight?

We’d suggest not wearing it overnight — 30–60 minutes per session is ideal. As it contains oil, sleeping with it on may cause leaking. If you want to relax with it, please put a towel underneath to protect your sheets.

Does this product come with castor oil?

Castor oil is not included. You will need to supply your own castor oil separately to use with the wraps in this kit.
