Cotton Flannel for Castor Oil Packs

Suggested use:

Fold a cotton flannel in half and apply 1-2 tablespoons of organic, cold pressed castor oil (oil not included) in a glass bottle to it.Place the pack over your reproductive system (lower abdomen) or liver area (right side of abdomen, just below ribcage).Cover it with our Castor Oil Wrap. If you don’t have our wrap, use a towel and a heating pad instead. Place a towel over the top of the heat source to retain warmth.Relax with your castor oil pack for 30-60 minutes.

After removing the pack, cleanse your skin with soap. Store the cotton flannel in the storage bag. Caution: Do not apply castor oil packs while pregnant or if you suspect that you may be pregnant.
