How It Works

How to Use
1、Lie flat on your back on a firm surface (floor, yoga mat, or bed).
2、Place the pillow under your neck, close to your shoulders — not under your head.
3、Bend your knees and place your hands beside your head. (If you feel any discomfort, put your hands on your chest.)
4、Let your head float — the back of your head should hover about 1 cm above the ground. Relax. Let gravity do the work.
